This NEWHART-style BREAKING BAD Alternate Ending Throws It All Back To MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE

So what if Bryan Cranston's Hal from Malcolm In The Middle wakes up terrified in the the middle of the night after having dreamt the entire Walter White saga? That's what you get in this wacky
"alternate ending" to Breaking Bad.

Cheers to Cranston and his Malcolm wife Jane Kaczmarek for reprising their roles as Hal and Lois from the hit Fox sitcom while paying tribute to one of the most enduring series finale stunts in television history pulled off by Newhart.

TOY FAIR 2013: 'Man of Steel' Toys Reveal Big Screen Superman, Jor-El and General Zod

In addition to the Breaking Bad line (check it out here), Mezco Toyz also has a shelf full of DC Universe heroes and villains to add to your collection.

For 2013, no DC fan will be able to escape Man of Steel, this summer's big screen reboot of Superman courtesy of director Zack Snyder starring Henry Cavill.

Following a press conference at their Long Island City HQ, I got a spoiler heavy sneak peek at what we can expect to see when Superman's dad Jor El and arch enemy General Zod appear in the flesh in the highly anticipated film. Superman's Kryptonian father will be played by Russell Crowe and Zod will be embodied by Michael Shannon.

Mezco had two-inch mini Mez-itz figures of those two pivitol characters as well as a version of the Man of Steel himself decked out in the latest version of the iconic blue and red super suit. If we can infer something by these toys, Superman will not be donning a suit of tights sewn together by Ma Kent in Smallville, but rather a costume heavily based on a rugged Kryptonian design (as seen by the similarity in Zod's black suit). Jor-El also wears the unmistakable 'S' emblem as his son does, but so did Marlon Brando in 1978's Superman: The Movie.

Also featured in this mini-figure line are DC heroes and villains like Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Sinestro, Doctor Fate, Darkseid, Joker, Batman and many others.

There will be a line of six-inch designer vinyl figures which include a Man of Steel version of Superman and classic versions of Wonder Woman, Batman and Joker.

You can head to the Mezco Toyz website to check out the new toys and existing lines based on South Park, Universal Monsters, Mars Attacks! as well.

TOY FAIR 2013: Mezco Toyz Unveil Their 'Breaking Bad' Plush Toys and Walter White Bobblehead

The 2013 Toy Fair is fast approaching, hitting New York City later this week and NerdyRottenScoundrel.com will be there every step of the way.

Mezco Toyz went in early and held a special preview press conference of their Toy Fair treats at their Long Island City HQ for select media. Following a rundown by Mezco's main man Drake, decked out in a Hazmat suit, we were invited into their toy vault where they revealed some of their new products set to hit shelves later this year.

From what I saw, I will be posting reports on their new goodies unveiled based on Breaking Bad, ThunderCats and Man of Steel.

First up will be Breaking Bad. Perhaps not the first show you may think of when it comes to a toy line, but Mezco knows a good thing when they see it and made sure to put their stamp on it in the form of plush dolls, BobbleHeads, money clips and stash boxes based on the AMC hit show.

Bearing a striking resemblance to Bryan Cranston, the six-inch Walter White bobble head is decked out in a yellow Hazmat suit and stands atop, what else, a mini mound of crystal meth.

For the softer side of Breaking Bad, Mezco has for you eight-inch plush doll versions of Heiseberg and  former student turned business partner Jesse in their street clothes. The four-inch clip-on plush dolls depiction Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) sporting their yellow jump suits.

Mezco Toyz' Drake gives us the rundown at the Long Island City, New York press conference before the showroom tour.

You can check out all of Mezco's toys at their official website, where many of these sure-to-be collector's favorites can be pre-ordered. In addition to what we see here and in my follow up posts on ThunderCats and DC Universe, Mezco also has existing lines based on South Park, Universal Monsters, Mars Attacks! as well.
