Check Out All 25 X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Empire Magazine Covers!

Empire Magazine had a huge day of online X-clusives yesterday, releasing an X-Men: Days of Future Past character cover each hour until 25 in all were revealed. In addition, they form a panorama when viewed in sequentially.

Among the new images are past and future incarnations of Professor X, Magneto, Wolverine, and a Sentinel. We get first looks at Bishop, Sunspot, Toad, William Stryker, Blink, Havok, Warpath and Colossus.  Fan favorites like Storm, Mystique, Kitty Pryde, Iceman and Beast make a welcome return. Also interesting to note that Anna Paquin's Rogue still has a spot in the line-up despite that director Bryan Singer revealed the sequence Rogue was featured in has already been cut from the film in post production (but will be a home video extra).

Some fans appear none too pleased with the Quicksilver cover. There has been some noted disappointment in the costume and overall look Evan Peters is sporting as the Mutant with super speed. Since it's likely Quicksilver will be featured on the '70s timeline, I don't think a slick leather or armored outfit is something we should expect, but more of a home made retro look. This film looks absolutely awesome, and it's a shame some fans will nonetheless pounce on the first thing that doesn't meet their particular expectation or transition to the big screen.

Watch Today's THE HOBBIT Worldwide Fan Event LIVE Here at 5pm EST!

As promised, NerdyRottenScoundrel.com will be streaming Warner Bros.' special The Hobbit Fan Event the event to you live as it happens at 5pm EST / 8pm PST, which will be beamed around the world wide web from four theater locations in New York, London, Los Angeles and New Zealand.

CNN's Anderson Cooper will anchor the event from New York City, and will be joined by Richard Armitage (Thorin Oakenshield) and Orlando Bloom (who reprises his The Lord of the Rings role of Legolas). Bloom is currently on Broadway in Romeo & Juliet, and unfortunately Ian McKellen (also on Broadway with Patrick Stewart in Waiting for Godot) is not listed on tomorrow's bill.

Lost's Evangeline Lilly, who joins The Hobbit cast as a new character, the Elf warrior Tauriel, will be based in Los Angeles.  New cast members Lee Pace (Elf King Thranduil) and Luke Evans (Bard the Bowman) join Andy Serkis (Gollum) from London.

It wouldn't be a Middle-Earth worthy event without Peter Jackson, who will be participating from Wellington, New Zealand.

Expect to see some new footage from the film, a Q&A from the cast and film makers, as well as some surprises to ramp up expectations for the movie. And fingers crossed, perhaps Ian McKellen will make an unannounced appearance from New York...

The cast will be led by Ian McKellen as Gandalf the Grey, Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins and Richard Armitage as Thorin Oakenshield. The ensemble cast features Benedict Cumberbatch (Smaug), Evangeline Lilly(Tauriel), Lee Pace (Thranduil), Luke Evans (Bard), Ken Stott (Balin), James Nesbitt (Bofur), and Orlando Bloom (Legolas). The film also stars (in alphabetical order) John Bell, Manu Bennett, Jed Brophy, Adam Brown, John Callen, Ryan Gage, Mark Hadlow, Peter Hambleton, Stephen Hunter, William Kircher, Lawrence Makoare, Sylvester McCoy, Graham McTavish, Dean O’Gorman, Mikael Persbrandt, and Aidan Turner.

Directed by Peter Jackson, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug was shot in 3D 48 frames-per-second. The film will be released on December 13th in High Frame Rate 3D (HFR 3D) in select theaters, as well as 2D and 3D formats, and additional IMAX screens.

The Trailer To X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Is HERE!!

The first extended look at X-Men: Days of Future Past is finally here. The follow-up to 2011's X-Men: First Class brings back the series' original mastermind Bryan Singer as director, who saw fit to adapt the seminal '80s comic book time travel story that allows original cast members like Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry and Ian McKellen share the screen with Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence.

In the original arc penned by Chris Claremont, in a dystopian future Mutants have been exiled to concentration camps by the robotic Sentinels, which were created by Dr. Bolivar Trask. Kitty Pryde sends her consciousness back in time into her younger self to assist the X-Men in preventing the assassination of Senator Kelly by The Brotherhood of Mutants, and change the anti-Mutant future that awaits.

The film swaps Kitty Pryde (sorry Ellen Page) with Hugh Jackman's far more bankable big screen Wolverine as the timeline traveler, and like any Bryan Singer production, promises to deliver big with dark character development and action.

X-Men: Days of Future Past, set for May 23rd, 2014 in 3D, has enlisted an all-star Mutant line-up of Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), James McAvoy (Charles Xavier), Michael Fassbender (Erik Lehnsherr), Patrick Stewart (Professor X), Ian McKellen (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Peter Dinklage (Dr. Bolivar Trask), Halle Berry (Storm), Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde), Shawn Ashmore (Iceman), Omar Sy (Bishop), Anna Paquin (Rogue), Fan Bingbing (Blink), Daniel Cudmore (Colossus), Boo Boo Stewart (Warpath), Evan Peters (Quicksilver), Josh Helman (William Stryker), Adan Canto (Sunspot) and Lucas Till (Havok).
